What if blockchain applications could verify information without requiring everyone to see it? That's the idea behind what Primus is building. @primus_labs , formerly known as PADO, is developing a trust, verification, and privacy layer for the crypto and AI economy. To understand why this matters, let's look at how information moves between different systems. A blockchain application may need information from outside its network to make a decision. An AI agent might need reliable data before taking an action. A financial application might need to verify a user's records without exposing unnecessary personal details. In each case, two things matter: the information must be trustworthy, and sensitive details should remain protected. Primus is working to bring these capabilities together. Its approach combines two technologies: • zkTLS: Helps prove the authenticity of data obtained through web-based connections without revealing the underlying information itself. • zkFHE: Enables computations on encrypted data, allowing information to be processed while remaining encrypted. These technologies address different parts of the problem, but they share an important goal: making information useful without requiring it to be exposed by default. There's another part of Primus's approach worth paying attention to. Rather than requiring applications and users to move to an entirely new blockchain, Primus describes its technology as a layer that can integrate with existing blockchain ecosystems. That matters because developers can explore privacy-preserving applications within ecosystems where users, liquidity, and other applications already exist. Primus also provides developer APIs intended to help connect its underlying technology to real applications. The bigger picture is not simply about keeping information hidden. It's about making data verifiable and useful while protecting the information people may not want to disclose. As blockchain applications and AI agents take on more complex tasks, that balance becomes increasingly important. Where do you think privacy and verification could make the biggest difference: AI agents, on-chain finance, or everyday Web3 applications?
