Most AI video still breaks the moment a character turns around. Here is a continuous 11-second live-action shot transformed into anime with zero character drift: 1. Front horror performance with synchronized facial emotion. 2. Walking away into dark volumetric smoke (full back view). 3. Glancing b

I told the model: 5 shots, jacket only. No person. Shot 1 still came back with a full character already wearing it. Then the collar-tag shot invented text that is not on the real product. The clip is 23 seconds from a locked product photo, two frozen description blocks, chained stills, local voic

The first AI video I rendered for a Michael-Jackson-style leather jacket line: The character grew a beard that was never in the prompt. At the same time, the white panel on the shoulder came out the wrong size compared to the real product photo.

[Day 57] From 3 lines of text to a 30-second animated short. I just wrapped up my entry for the @Framer_X x @SquadBlastgame contest. The Challenge: Reveal a character’s true personality through action (no dialogue). Here is the step-by-step breakdown of how I built this using my Sketch2Motion fr

[Day 53] Most creators treat AI animation like a slot machine. They pull the lever. They hope for a "cool" generation. They pray for a viral hit. That is Noise. I treat it like a production system. I see the architecture behind the art. I see the engine beneath the aesthetics. That is Signal. He

Quick impact test: Mute your fight clip. Watch once. If the emotion and action are unclear, the problem is not SFX. It is staging. Fix staging first. Then write prompts.

Same model. Same style. Same 8 seconds. I changed one thing: background music. Before vs after in the video.

[Day 43] I showed my 78-year-old grandma Avatar 3… and an AI anime short I made. She couldn’t tell which one took longer. Here’s what that taught me 🧵

[Day 41] I have a confession. I knew about Framer in late 2023 because I downloaded his leaked course on a blackhat forum. I didn't pay a dime. Then, 2 months ago, I spent $149—a significant amount of money for me—to buy his "Cartoon Hero" course legally. Here is the story of how I stopped steal

[Day 33] I entered Cartoon Hero x Galverse AI animation contest back in October, and won 3rd prize. The judges said my AI fight scene had "impressive momentum and drive." Here's what they actually meant: I didn't animate a fight. I edited a rhythm. Let me show you:
